Experience

Software consultancy building products for funded teams across the US and EU, plus in-house products. Sole frontend engineer on the engagements below, increasingly owning backend and UX too.

TableTap · Restaurant ordering and operations platform (in-house)

• Designed and built the AI menu import: staff photograph a paper menu, a vision LLM (NVIDIA Nemotron VL) drafts it, and a multi-step review wizard lets them check categories, items and prices against the photo before publishing. In production. Also improved the extraction service (item types, category mapping, HEIC support, prompts).
• Took the admin panel from AI-generated prototype to production (SvelteKit, TypeScript): component architecture, a shared form system, multi-branch roles, inventory, menus, and allergens.
• Built analytics from scratch (busiest-hours heatmap, preparation time, top-item performance), designing the views in Figma and defining the data shape with the backend team.
• Redesigned the UI through an AI-assisted design loop (Claude Code, Codex, Figma MCP); built the Astro marketing site.

EKO-KOM · Kamtřídit.cz and Čistou přírodou for the Czech national packaging authority

• Kamtřídit: nationwide map of 33,000+ recycling locations kept fast with marker clustering and list virtualization; Mapy.com address search and turn-by-turn navigation; web plus iOS and Android; 200+ active contributors.
• Čistou přírodou: complete redesign of the national hiking and cycling guide with 73 routes, GPX ingestion and interactive waypoints. In production with ~12,000 weekly visitors in hiking season.
• Built the shared bilingual (EN/CZ) CMS with role-based access; on the Express/PostgreSQL API, built bulk location import with preview, duplicate detection, and safe handling of concurrent edits.

CoffeeBreak · Opportunity and pipeline management platform

• Redesigned the product in Figma and built it as primary frontend engineer since 2023 (React, TanStack Query): opportunity workflows, dashboard statistics, Entra ID sign-in.
• Built the new TypeScript backend replacing the legacy API, following the team's architecture: Fastify, Zod, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Entra ID (OIDC) sessions, scheduled snapshot and retention jobs, Sentry, Docker deployments.

• Adria F&B: built the design foundation on React Aria and redesigned the bookkeeping admin app.
• Scrum Glide: prototyped an AI chat assistant and ticket generator with SSE streaming (in-house agile tool).
• BH-Passport: rebuilt a WordPress travel-agency site as Next.js + Sanity CMS, reaching Lighthouse 97.
